What is your returns policy?

We have a ‘no questions asked’ returns policy for all of our stock items, all you have to do is ensure products are in their original unused condition, "special order" items do not qualify for returns unless in the unlikely event that they are faulty or not fit for use.

How do I return or exchange items?

You can return an item to us, within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund or exchange.
We recommend you use Recorded Delivery and keep proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for lost items.


Do I have to pay for postage when I return an item?

Unless you have an offer providing free returns, you will have to pay for return postage.


When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
