A Vendo V-23 Mechanical Coca-Cola Coin Operated Drinks Cooler Vending Machine.

A genuine US "barn find" and so a beautifully unrestored, original paint example... obviously being unrestored there's the odd dink, dent, paint scratch and general wear commensurate with its 61 years of age but as with all vintage items this adds to its charm... "every dent tells a story!"

It works well and will always be a great conversation starter... this is a rare survivor and classic piece of 1950's American history... perfect to impress the guests!!

The "Spin Tops" as they were also know were first introduced in 1949 and this particular one was manufactured on the 6th March 1953!

It's a smaller cooler and made at the time specifically to fit into smaller spaces, it was intended as an alternative to the bulkier upright vendors available and so makes it perfect for the modern day vintage loving home.

Behind the large pull out door there's storage for empties or additional bottles.

It has an all-steel construction with a baked enamel finish.

It accepts 10 cent coins(some included!) and works well.

The vending is done manually by rotating the handle which "spins" the hole in the top to the next available Coke then lift the lid to remove an ice cold coke!!

It will accept other bottled drinks but does comes fully stocked with new Cokes!!

Currently working on the US 110 Volt system so will need a transformer which we can supply for just and additional £125.
